Add or remove an email from your Dollarpesa account

You can change, add or remove an email address from your account in your settings.

Add an email address

  • Click your profile Dashboard in the top right of DollarPesa.
  • Select Ticket.
  • Click Create new in the General tab.
  • Click Priority, then enter you high click Add.
  • You Enter your Subject  Add email address and Submit Message, then Submit.
  • Please wait in your ticket reply then email to confirm that you want this email added to your DollarPesa account.
If the not received in your email doesn’t work:
  • Support we sent in your new email.
  • In the Contact section click.
  • Sent your Message then 24 -48 hour update .

Remove an email address

  • Click Contact section DollarPesa Support.
  • Or WhatsApp contact now +447389643213.
  • Sent messages remove my email.
  • Then Account preview email shared customer agent.
  • Next Please 24 – 48 hour wait now.

Change an email address

First Contact Now DollarPesa Support Or To change your email address, you’ll need to remove an email address associated with your account first and then add a new email address. Note that you can also change who sees the email address associated with your account, and which email address is the primary email associated with your account.
